1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Dual Season Maintenance ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging with our snow removal services or communicating with us for any other reason, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Dual Season Maintenance provides snow removal services for residential properties in Fort Mcmurray, Alberta. Services are offered based on availability and weather conditions.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our website https://DualSeasonMaintenance.com. Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid any service fees. Rescheduling: We may reschedule your appointment due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Pricing for our snow removal services will be provided upon request and confirmed during booking. Payment: Payments are due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. Late Payments: Any outstanding balances are subject to late fees, and we reserve the right to discontinue service until payment is received.

5. Liability

While we take all necessary precautions during our snow removal services, Dual Season Maintenance is not responsible for:

Any damage to underground structures (pipes, cables, etc.) unless informed of their presence beforehand. Injuries or accidents caused by unreported hazardous conditions on the client’s property. Events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, that prevent service completion.

6. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers and discounts are subject to the terms communicated in the offer. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Client Responsibilities

Ensure your driveway or property is free of obstacles that may impede our equipment. Inform us of any special conditions (e.g., fragile plants, decorative items) that may require extra care.

8. Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us regarding service updates, promotions, and reviews. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions in our communications.

9. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace services at our discretion, and any changes will be communicated in advance where applicable.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Outstanding balances or issues arising from previous services must be resolved before termination is finalized.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be addressed through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be resolved through mediation in Alberta.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
